Ensuring the safety of wheelchair passengers once they have boarded a vehicle is of paramount importance. This series of wheelchair securement systems features a four-point tie-down design that is easy to operate, effectively reducing the time required to secure a wheelchair. In the event of a collision or sudden braking, the system transfers the impact forces acting on the wheelchair to the vehicle's floor, thereby isolating the passenger from these forces. Each component has been designed, engineered, and tested as part of a complete system to meet the full dynamic testing requirements of ISO 10542-1:2012. To accommodate various application scenarios, we offer three distinct products: the X-801-1 (surface-mounted floor rail), the X-801-2 (recessed floor rail), and the X-802-1 (disc-style anchor point). While their installation methods differ, all three effectively ensure the comfort and safety of wheelchair passengers.
**Key Features**
**Three Installation Options:** The X-801-1 features rails mounted directly onto the floor surface via drilled holes—a simple and convenient method. The X-801-2 requires pre-cutting slots in the floor to embed the rails before securing them. The X-802-1 utilizes disc-style anchor points, requiring circular recesses to be cut into the floor for embedded installation.
**Automatic Tensioning & Anti-Disengagement:** Once secured, the tie-down straps automatically tension themselves, preventing loosening or accidental disengagement during transit.
**Integrated Two-Point Lap Belt:** No additional drilling or mounting points are required; the lap belt is fully integrated into the securement system, thereby simplifying the operational process.
**Optional Rail Protection:** When the system is not in use, optional rubber sealing strips can be applied to cover the rails. This prevents passengers' shoe heels or other objects from becoming lodged in the rails, thereby enhancing safety within the vehicle cabin.
**Domestic Standard Certification:** The system has successfully passed relevant tests under GB 13094-2017 (*Safety Requirements for the Construction of Passenger Vehicles*), fully complying with domestic safety regulations for passenger buses.
