The EWR-TD03 is a brand-new "two-in-one" wheelchair ramp introduced by Xinder-tech, designed specifically for urban low-floor buses and installed beneath the vehicle floor. This product integrates a flip-out ramp (upper section, manually operated) with a telescopic ramp (lower section, dual manual/electric operation), controlled via a dashboard button switch. When not in use, the unit is fully stowed beneath the vehicle, occupying no interior cabin space and causing no obstruction to other passengers. The main body is constructed from aluminum alloy, aluminum honeycomb panels, and stainless steel, ensuring a lightweight yet corrosion-resistant structure. Compliant with the GB-13094-2017 *Safety Requirements for Bus Structure*, the system incorporates multiple safety features, including obstacle detection, gravity sensing, and manual emergency override capabilities.
**Key Features**
**Two-in-One Structure, Flexible Dual-Mode Operation:** The upper flip-out ramp is manually operated and sits flush with the vehicle floor; the lower telescopic ramp offers selectable manual or electric modes (button-controlled) to accommodate various operational scenarios.
**Premium Anti-Slip Surface:** Both the telescopic and flip-out ramps are surfaced with 3M black anti-slip tape containing mineral abrasive particles, providing a stable and reliable non-slip effect.
**Door Interlock & Manual Emergency Override:** The ramp can only be operated when the vehicle is stationary and the doors are open, preventing accidental extension while the vehicle is in motion; in the event of a power failure or system malfunction, the ramp can be manually retracted into its stowage compartment.
**Obstacle Detection & Auto-Stop:** During extension, the ramp immediately halts movement if it encounters resistance of ≤150N. While peak resistance is permitted to briefly exceed 150N, it must not exceed 300N, effectively preventing pinching injuries or structural damage.
**Gravity Sensing & Audible/Visual Alarms:** Once extended, if an object weighing >15kg is detected on the platform, the ramp ceases movement, the buzzer sounds continuously, and the warning light remains steadily illuminated; audible and visual alerts accompany the entire operation cycle.
**Circuit Protection & Low-Power Sleep Mode:** Features include short-circuit protection and reverse-polarity protection. In sleep/standby mode, the equivalent quiescent current is <0.2mA, thereby minimizing drain on the vehicle's battery.
