The Xinder UVL-PA wheelchair lift is specifically designed for high-floor buses and urban coaches. Installed within the vehicle's step well, it occupies absolutely no cabin space when stowed, thereby ensuring smooth passenger flow and an accessible environment. Operated via a handheld remote control, the unit features accompanying audible and visual alarms during operation. In the event of a power outage or electrical malfunction, the system can be switched to an emergency manual mode. The platform features a non-slip surface and is equipped with automatic mechanical front and rear barriers to ensure user safety. With a maximum load capacity of 350 kg and a maximum lifting height of 1297 mm, the unit has obtained both EU CE and E-MARK certifications.
**Key Features**
**Ultra-Long Durability Verification:** Both horizontal extension/retraction and vertical lifting tests have exceeded 10,000 cycles, meeting the demands of high-intensity operational environments.
**Continuous Audible & Visual Warnings:** Warning tones are emitted continuously throughout the entire lifting process, effectively alerting surrounding personnel to step clear.
**Emergency Manual Retraction:** In the event of a power failure or equipment malfunction, the lift can be manually operated to retract it back to its stowed position.
**Driving Safety Lock:** Once fully retracted, the mechanism is secured by a hydraulic locking hook, preventing it from accidentally swinging out due to inertia during sharp vehicle turns.
**Multiple Circuit Protections:** Features built-in protection mechanisms—such as motor short-circuit prevention and reverse-polarity protection—to safeguard against circuit damage.
**Overload Protection Function:** If the load exceeds 375 kg, the lifting mechanism will be unable to lift from ground level, thereby preventing unsafe overloading.
**Ultra-Low Standby Power Consumption:** In static mode, current consumption is less than 0.2 mA, significantly reducing power drain on the vehicle's battery.
**Superior Water & Dust Resistance:** Rated IP67 for ingress protection; successfully passed immersion testing at a depth of 500 mm, remaining fully functional even after submersion.
