1. Lightweight; Motor, oil pump, oil cooler and oil filter are highly integrated. The dual-circulation cooling design of stator labyrinth spray cooling and rotor oil shedding cooling greatly improves the heat dissipation efficiency. Continuous torque and continuous power are increased by 30%, achieving a motor power density of 3.8kW/kg.
2. High energy efficiency: Hairpin stator winding, high reluctance torque rotor topology design, 0.25mm ultra-thin high magnetic permeability low-loss silicon steel and high magnetic induction segmented magnetic steel materials are adopted. The cooling oil flow is accurately and efficiently controlled by the variable frequency speed regulation of the oil pump to achieve the highest efficiency ≥98%. Efficiency ≥ 90% high-efficiency area accounts for 93%, improving driving range and alleviating range anxiety.

Super comfortable: The efficient unbalance calibration method is adopted to greatly improve the accuracy of rotor dynamic balance, reaching G0.5, which is two grades higher than the average level of G2.5 in the industry. Through comprehensive optimization of electromagnetic excitation and structure response, the main-order noise of motor at full speed is ≤65dB(A) (industry standard ≤ 72dB(A)). Ultra-reliable: ① The full life cycle dynamic seal test method is optimized by optimizing the design of dynamic and static seal combination, applying high wear-resistant oil seal and high protection grade plug-in in combination with actual operating working condition, so that the motor can be immersed in 2m water depth for 72 hours without water ingress. Protection grade reaches IP68+IP6K9K, the highest in the industry. ② Through the multi-oil circuit structure, oil can actively cool and lubricate key rotating parts such as bearings and oil seal rings. The Lubrication status is continuously monitored online for early warning, which greatly improves the running stability of the motor, making the complete vehicle safer and more reliable and customers more rest-assured. ③ By matching high-coercive force magnetic steel, optimizing the insulation coating of enameled wire and developing a high temperature resistance grade insulation system, the temperature resistance of the motor is improved by 30%, which greatly delays the electrothermal aged of the insulation system. The service life of the motor reaches 20 years/2 million km (motor speed loop + torque for long-life accelerated verification, equivalent to 2 million km durability authentication).
