1. Integrated thermal management: The integrated complete vehicle thermal-management system combines air-conditioning, battery, motor, and electric-control thermal-management functions. It has achieved the coupling design of refrigerant and liquid-flow circulation and developed an integrated thermal management system based on multi-way liquid flow valves. It realizes the sharing of the vehicle's cold and hot resources, and has developed more than 15 commonly-used thermal management working modes, improving the comprehensive energy utilization rate.
2. Heating temperature-control system: The working temperature range is from - 30°C to 40°C, greatly expanding the application environment range of the heat-pump air conditioning system. High-efficiency ultra-low temperature heat pump A/C is adopted to make hot water by "absorbing air heat outside the vehicle". The compartment is heated through waterway and wall-mounted water heater, reducing the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the vehicle to within 3℃, making it more comfortable. This is more than 50% better than the competing systems.
This is mainly to emphasize that when cooling, the air conditioner directly sends cool air from the air duct, and the cold air flows downward to make the interior temperature uniform. During heating, after the water is heated by the air conditioner, the hot water is delivered to the bottom water heating radiator, so that the top air duct of the air conditioner and the bottom water heating radiator simultaneously deliver warm air. Because the hot air flows upward, the vehicle energy temperature can be more uniform and comfortable (there will be no problem of the head being stuffy and the feet being cold).
3. High-efficient energy saving: The air-conditioning uses dual heat-source ultra low-temperature CO2 heat pump technology with air source and battery waste heat-source. Through advanced control methods such as PWM and PID, compared with the equivalent R410a heat-pump system, the energy efficiency is increased by 30% in an environment of - 20℃.
4. Low-carbon and environmentally friendly: Using natural CO2 refrigerant, the refrigerant's ODP = 0 and GWP value = 1. The air-conditioning system has zero carbon emissions and meets the EU's future refrigerant environmental regulations. It is the only enterprise in China that has realized mass delivery and has been widely used in more than 600 vehicles in European countries such as the Netherlands, Poland, and Italy.
5. Healthy fresh air: The air-conditioning system is linked with the fresh air and exhaust air systems with one button, refreshing the vehicle's air once every five minutes. It also uses intelligent algorithms to automatically ventilate at the right time, creating a fresh-air environment like nature. In spring and autumn, the interior air temperature can be adjusted without turning on the A/C to achieve energy saving effect.
6. Intelligent control: It can realize remote control and remote upgrade, intelligent diagnosis and predictive maintenance technology, to achieve unperceived and precise services.
