HOLON, part of the BENTELER Group, has strengthened its leadership team as it prepares for international market launch and scale up of its autonomous mobility solutions. Martin Lischka has been appointed Head of Sales and Marketing, while Jonas Seyfferth will lead the company’s Strategy function.
In his new role, Martin Lischka will oversee customer focused global sales operations across Europe, the United States, and the Gulf States. His mandate includes brand development, customer engagement, and go to market execution. Lischka brings experience from international OEMs and mobility companies, including roles at Audi, Quantron, and most recently as CEO of ARTHUR Holding, where he led the scaling of a technology driven mobility platform.
Jonas Seyfferth will be responsible for shaping HOLON’s strategic direction. He joins from Strategy&, the strategy consulting arm of PwC, where he led growth and transformation projects for automotive and mobility companies. His focus will be on translating strategic objectives into operational priorities and building the organizational capabilities required for long term growth.

The leadership expansion follows the BENTELER Group’s acquisition of ioki, a European provider of software based mobility solutions. HOLON is positioned within a partner driven, end to end mobility approach together with ioki and Benteler Mobility, covering autonomous vehicles, software, fleet operations, services, and financing solutions.
HOLON develops autonomous shuttle vehicles and mobility solutions designed to be deployed as integrated systems rather than standalone technologies. The company’s approach emphasizes scalability, customer orientation, and coordinated execution across vehicle platforms, software, and operational services.
