
Recently, the Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Association officially announced the results of the 2024 Guangdong Province Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise recognition, with Mingshang Technology Co., Ltd. being among the 14 Huizhou enterprises selected.
The selected enterprises mainly cover new materials, new energy, as well as photoelectric lighting, mobile communication, and other electronic information industry fields. Mingshang Technology is the only enterprise in the automotive parts pre-installation industry.
According to statistics, from 2021 to 2023, Mingshang Technology's R&D investment has been increasing, accounting for 7.19%, 9.37%, and 15.32% of the company's sales revenue, respectively. At the same time, Mingshang Technology has formulated the "Intellectual Property Management Manual" and introduced measures such as the "Intellectual Property Management Measures" and the "Intellectual Property Reward System" to continuously improve the intellectual property management system and to stimulate employees' awareness and practical motivation in the creation, protection, and utilization of intellectual property with generous rewards.
In the past three years, focusing on the development of commercial vehicle intelligent driving integrated software and hardware services, the number of Mingshang Technology's inventions, utility models, software copyrights, and design patents has been increasing year by year, especially the number of invention patents, which has increased by 35 over the three years.
In addition, Mingshang Technology has carried out trademark registration in more than ten countries including the United States, Australia, the European Union, Singapore, and Southeast Asia several years ago, which is in line with the business strategic layout and complements the patent protection system to build a comprehensive intellectual property moat, actively expanding the international influence of intellectual property and providing a solid legal guarantee for the long-term innovation path
