Temperature Sensors
We design and manufacture single-pole thermostats with bimetal discs and quick-opening contacts, available in a variety of configurations.
Custom temperature probes and sensors with continuous output signals can also be developed upon specific request.
These sensors are widely used for temperature monitoring and control in various industrial and automotive systems, including:
Hydraulic systems
Radiators and cooling systems
Heat exchangers
Lubrication systems
Automotive applications
Refrigeration and heating systems
Coffee machines and beverage vending machines
Household appliances

Working Principle
In many industrial and automotive applications, it is necessary to monitor the temperature of fluids inside tanks or systems.
Temperature sensors convert the temperature of a fluid into an electrical signal, which can be used to indicate conditions such as:
High temperature warnings
System alarms
Temperature control activation
These functions are carried out by temperature sensors calibrated for specific applications.
Electrical Contact Types
Temperature sensors are generally available in four main configurations:
Normally Open (NO) – SPST
The electrical contact remains open when the temperature is below the set value.
When the temperature reaches the calibrated threshold, the contact closes, allowing current to flow.
Normally Closed (NC) – SPST
The electrical contact remains closed at lower temperatures.
When the temperature reaches the preset level, the contact opens, interrupting the signal.
Switching Contacts – SPDT
The SPDT configuration allows the sensor to switch between two circuits when the temperature reaches the defined threshold.
Analogue Continuous Signal
Some temperature sensors provide continuous analogue output signals, such as:
4–20 mA
0.5–4.5 V
0–10 V
These signals allow precise temperature monitoring in electronic control systems.
