JOST World will present an expanded portfolio of commercial vehicle technologies at Road Transport Expo 2026, bringing together solutions from JOST, Hyva, ROCKINGER and TRIDEC.
The portfolio focuses on critical connection points in commercial vehicles, including coupling, steering, axle systems, braking, lifting, loading, tipping and hydraulic functions. These systems are designed to support safer operation, easier maintenance, higher payload efficiency and lower downtime for fleet operators, drivers and OEMs.
aOne of the main technologies presented is the JOST KKS automatic coupling system. The system allows drivers to couple and uncouple semi-trailers remotely from the cab.
During the coupling process, sensor technology provides live information to the driver. The system monitors key steps such as trailer plate contact and king pin position. This reduces the need for the driver to leave the cab to open the fifth wheel, operate the landing gear or manually connect spiral cables, air lines and brake connections.
For fleet operations, automatic coupling can improve safety, reduce physical effort for drivers and shorten the coupling process.
JOST will also present axle technologies designed for flexibility, serviceability and payload optimization.
The Drum Modular Axle, DMA, series combines a tubular axle with a modular leaf spring system. Its external brake drum design allows brake linings to be replaced without removing the wheel hub, simplifying maintenance and reducing workshop time.
The DCA AIRMASTER integrates a compressed air reservoir directly into the axle beam. With a 40-litre air capacity per axle, it can replace conventional compressed air reservoirs on semi-trailers. This can save up to 50 kg and free up installation space below the trailer.
The DCA WEIGHTMASTER PLUS focuses on weight reduction. Its optimized axle structure reduces trio weight by 51 kg. With the optional Weight Optimiser 27, additional weight savings of 27 kg are possible. The axle also includes the DCA X7 brake, developed to balance low weight, wear performance and braking efficiency.
Through Hyva, JOST World expands its portfolio into hydraulic equipment for commercial vehicle applications.
The Titan 2.0 TX Series skip loader is designed for compact urban use as well as heavy-duty applications. Depending on configuration, the TX12-37 can be up to 500 kg lighter than the previous generation, supporting higher payload capacity and reduced fuel consumption.
The TP26-56 hook loader offers a 26-tonne capacity and is designed for a wide range of container configurations. Its low subframe height supports stability during operation, while advanced control options such as Smart Radio Remote can improve handling.
Hyva will also present its Fast Fit Cradle Kit for front-end tipping solutions. The kit is designed to reduce installation time by minimizing welding and chassis modifications. It includes an integrated oil tank mounting plate and is compatible with commonly used load cells. The system covers vehicles from 18-tonne GVW up to 44-tonne GVW.
The Hyva ePowerBox is an electric Power Take-Off solution for electric commercial vehicles with hydraulic work equipment. It converts electrical energy into hydraulic movement, supporting applications such as lifting, tipping and container handling.
At RTX, Hyva will present the ePTO as part of a complete ePTO Wet Kit Frame, showing how electric hydraulic systems can be integrated as ready-to-install solutions for electric truck platforms.
For OEMs and bodybuilders, this type of system is relevant as more commercial vehicles move toward electric drivetrains while still requiring hydraulic auxiliary functions.
ROCKINGER will present towing hitches designed for operational safety, durability and easier service.
The RO50 towing hitch includes a one-piece hand lever and a rotatable bolt design for more even load distribution and reduced wear. It can also be equipped with remote control and display systems to improve operator convenience and safety.
The RO57 towing hitch is designed for heavy-duty applications, with a D-value of up to 300 kN. Its modular engineering and split funnel design support easier maintenance, while pneumatic remote control options can improve operation in demanding fleet environments.
The TRIDEC LV-O wheel suspension and JOST TV6 drum brake assembly are designed for axle loads of up to 10 tonnes.
The system uses an outboard drum concept, allowing maintenance without removing the hub. This can reduce service time and simplify workshop operations. The design also works with standard rims using a 120 mm offset, avoiding the need for special offset rims.
