At the second edition of NEXT—and the first in a hybrid format, both in-person and online—Reserhub reaffirmed its position as the key technology partner in the digital evolution of ground transportation. The event kicked off with remarks from Sebastián Gómez, Co-Founder and Director of Reserhub, who highlighted that the intercity ground transportation sector in Latin America moves ten times more passengers than airlines, making it possible for millions of people to reach their destinations every day. Despite this, the sector is rarely talked about. That’s why Reserhub’s mission is to change this narrative and give the industry the recognition it deserves through deep technological innovation.

Gómez emphasized that Reserhub’s competitive advantage lies not only in its technology but in how it applies it—and in their ability to respond and adapt faster than anyone else in the industry. He stressed that for Reserhub, technology is not an end but a tool to help bus companies generate more revenue, reduce costs, and—most importantly—improve the user experience.

He also acknowledged the role of client companies in this journey, calling them Design Partners—key collaborators in strengthening the company’s tech ecosystem.

Adrián Cuadros, Head of Product at Reserhub, along with the Product Management team, introduced the Reserhub ecosystem—a suite of tech solutions designed to power the direct sales channels of bus companies. Together, the product and technology teams unveiled three core solutions:

  • Reserhub Revenue: A Revenue Management system that transforms data into strategic decisions, helping to maximize revenue, optimize real-time pricing, and respond to market dynamics with agility.

A major focus of the new launches was on data management and activation as a pathway to increasing personalization and conversion in companies’ direct digital channels.
