Freudenberg e-Power Systems (FEPS) has redefined field service support for electric vehicle fleets with a new SLA-based approach tailored to its XRANGE battery customers. The strategy integrates real-time data from FEPS' proprietary Battery Management System (BMS) with predictive analytics to proactively optimize performance, reduce unplanned downtime, and extend battery life.
The SLA program is available in Platinum, Gold, and Silver tiers and includes support such as remote diagnostics, spare part management, operator training, and predictive maintenance planning. According to Vice President Rajib Bora, this model blends advanced data monitoring with practical fleet insights to deliver measurable gains in performance and safety.
FEPS’ five core pillars—data integration, predictive analytics, proactive maintenance, customer communication, and continuous improvement—position its service teams as long-term partners for electrified fleet operators in both the EU and the US.
With dedicated workshops, a 24/7 hotline, and logistics support for recycling and returns, FEPS continues to build a strong aftersales ecosystem for e-mobility clients.
