1. Die-cast aluminum housing, with degree of protection IP65;

2. Power chips adopted in power input and output circuits, realizing maintenance-free, high-reliability and long-life design;

3. Input:

① 2 channels of 200A power OT terminal input (storage battery, DC/DC);

② 10 channels of digital input;

4. Output:

① 1 channel of 100A emergency power OT terminal output for power steering oil pump;

② 8 channels of 50A current OT terminal output;

③ 6 channels of 30A current output;

④ 28 channels of 12A current output;

5. Communication: Equipped with CAN communication port, compliant with SAE J1939 protocol, supporting real-time control, threshold protection parameter modification, setting and program upgrade;

6. Protection Functions:

① Real-time temperature collection at key positions of high-current circuits for overheating protection;

② Real-time current collection of 45 channels, with overcurrent protection activated when current exceeds the set threshold for 3 times;

③ Short-circuit protection when output current exceeds 1.5-2 times the set threshold;

④ Reverse polarity protection for input power;

⑤ Overvoltage and undervoltage protection for input;

⑥ Historical alarm information storage function;

⑦ Support for remote upgrade.
