Handrails
Made of 304 stainless steel, aluminum alloy tubes, and carbon steel tubes, with an outer diameter of 32mm or 35mm. The surface is treated with precision subway handrail wire drawing process, spray - coating or oxidation. They are corrosion - resistant and oxidation - resistant.
The automation degree of the bending and spraying equipment for the products is high. Some of the equipment are imported fully - automatic one - time forming equipment, ensuring the consistency of the products.
Connectors
Made of national standard die - cast aluminum, with high strength and corrosion resistance. The surface is treated with fine polishing process, and the polished color presents the metal color of stainless steel, looking high - end and elegant. The screws of the connectors are made of stainless steel inner - hexagon screws, and the nuts are cap - type nuts, with high strength and good toughness, meeting the requirements of grade 8.8 in GB/T3098.1 - 2010 “Mechanical properties of fasteners - Bolts, screws and studs”.
Slings
Our company has three types of slings: advertising suspension rings and triangular suspension rings.
The advertising suspension rings are made of imported PC raw materials and nylon flame - retardant woven belts. While having the basic gripping function, they also have the advertising function, which can bring additional advertising space revenue for the purchaser.
The triangular suspension rings are made of ABS materials and nylon flame - retardant woven belts.
