Compressed Aluminium-Cladded Chequered Flooring

Sharp Ply aluminium composite bus flooring consists of treated hardwood and a bar 1.5 mm-thick aluminium sheet pressed in a 3500 tonne capacity by hot & cold process. It is a composition of high densified product, unsaturated polyester and high-degree polymer phenolic resin.

Application: Buse deck, heavy automobile floor, panelling, seats, backrest of seats. It can be used for sound proofing, reduction in temperature & vibrations. Adhesive: a) BWP grade b) unsaturated polyester resin with cobalt and celerator spread at all four sides of the aluminium sheet up to 4H wide.
