The newly developed electric trailer axle delivers up to 180 kW peak power and continuous torque output of 3,500 Nm, ensuring stable propulsion even in heavy-load conditions. With a maximum axle load rating of 9 tons, the system is well-suited for semi-trailers, logistics carriers, and specialized transport vehicles.

One of the most significant advantages lies in its regenerative braking system, which can recover up to 25% of braking energy, directly extending operational range and reducing wear on mechanical brakes. When combined with an optimized battery system, operators report fuel savings of 8–12% per long-haul trip, contributing to lower operating costs and reduced CO₂ emissions.

Durability has also been a key focus in development. The axle is designed with IP67 protection, ensuring resistance against dust, water, and road debris. In addition, the modular design allows for flexible installation, enabling integration into both new trailer platforms and retrofit projects without extensive modifications.
Industry trials conducted on European logistics routes showed that trailers equipped with the electric trailer axle maintained greater braking stability on slopes and improved safety margins during emergency maneuvers. These results confirm the system’s value not only in cost efficiency but also in fleet safety enhancement.
