Horton Launches HM2500 – Largest Modular Fan in HM Series
Horton, a leader in engine cooling solutions, has unveiled the HM2500, its largest modular fan to date, engineered for high-demand off-highway applications.

With diameters from 65 to 96 inches, the HM2500 delivers powerful airflow in a lightweight, modular design. Built for extreme environments like oil and gas compressors, generator sets, and fracking equipment, it combines rugged performance with energy efficiency.
Key features include up to 14 equally or unequally spaced blades, a maximum pitch width of 9.9 inches, and support for tip speeds up to 22,000 ft/min (112 m/s). Its aerodynamic HTEC blade design and molded blade construction provide both strength and reduced weight.
The HM2500 pairs seamlessly with Horton’s RCV250 fully variable fan drive, enabling responsive cooling, reduced parasitic load, and improved fuel efficiency. This combination offers OEMs and operators a complete, reliable thermal management system.
The HM2500 is now available for OEM and aftermarket customers worldwide.
