Carleader introduced a 9 inch HD digital rear view display designed for camera based visibility on large vehicles, including bus and coach applications where reversing, docking, and low speed maneuvering require consistent multi angle video feeds.

The monitor uses a 9 inch HD IPS panel in 16:9 with 1024 x 600 resolution, 500 cd/m² brightness, and a 500:1 contrast ratio. It supports both AHD and CVBS camera inputs and is compatible with multiple formats, including D1, 720P, and 1080P at 25 or 30 fps for PAL and NTSC systems. For fleets and bodybuilders, this supports mixed camera estates and phased retrofits without forcing a full system replacement.

For integration, the unit provides two channel AHD video inputs via a 4 pin aviation connector, with optional RCA. It also includes trigger wires for AHD1 and AHD2, with AHD2 trigger priority, supporting common bus workflows such as reverse camera priority or door side camera activation. Fleet configurability is supported through adjustable trigger delay, guide line on or off, mirror mode, and additional OSD settings. The on screen menu supports English, French, German, and Dutch.

Operationally, the unit is built for vehicle environments with a wide DC 9 to 32V input range and temperature tolerance aligned to demanding duty cycles, with operating temperature stated as -30°C to 80°C. Optional features include an auto dimmer function and a built in speaker, depending on the configuration requirement.
