The project has not only met but surpassed all technical benchmarks set by the provincial evaluation. Key achievements include:
l An air suspension height adjustment range ≥ ±40 mm with a lifting speed ≥ 10 mm/s, enabling flexible adaptation to various road conditions;
l An air spring durability test exceeding 5 million cycles on the test bench;
l A damping force adjustable ratio (MAX/MIN damping) ≥ 3:1, with a response time ≤ 15 ms;
l A shock absorber durability performance also reaching 5 million cycles on the dual-actuation test rig, ensuring long-term stability and reliability.
Furthermore, CIJAN has established an annual production capacity of over 100,000 units and filed more than 10 patents based on core technologies developed through the project. These accomplishments mark a comprehensive breakthrough in independent technology development, controllable processes, and scalable manufacturing.
Effective Market Expansion: Multi-Sector Layout Solidifies Development Foundation
CIJAN has also achieved remarkable success in market expansion. Over the past two years, increased efforts in new market development have led to successful entry into international markets such as Stellantis and Renault, laying a solid foundation and ensuring future growth.
