Alkon Corporation has announced an expanded range of stainless steel cylinders under its Allenair brand, engineered for demanding hygienic and industrial applications. Unlike standardized imports, Allenair’s cylinders are designed and manufactured in Fremont, Ohio, allowing OEMs and system integrators to specify exact dimensions, compliance standards, and performance parameters.

The stainless portfolio includes clean-in-place cylinder designs, hygienic Valve-in-Head® Tri-Clamp Cylinders for sanitary dispensing, and high-speed Guillotine Valve-in-Head® Cylinders for precise actuation. The Valve-in-Head® design increases cycle speed while minimizing compressed air consumption, improving both efficiency and operating cost.

Each unit can be tailored for bore size, stroke length, rod specifications, and end-of-rod configurations. Designed for use in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and other regulated environments, these cylinders combine reliability, ease of cleaning, and flexibility—qualities equally valuable in vehicle assembly and pneumatic systems across the transport sector.
