Eberspaecher has expanded its high voltage thermal management portfolio with two new 800 volt heating solutions designed to improve range, charging performance, and cabin comfort in battery electric vehicles. The new coolant heater with thick film technology delivers up to twelve kW of output in a compact form factor, supports both eight hundred and four hundred volt platforms, and provides fast battery conditioning to stabilize performance in cold climates. A multilayer safety architecture with independent shutdown paths ensures robust operational reliability for both passenger cars and trucks, with series production slated for twenty twenty seven.

The second addition is an air heater built for direct HVAC integration. Its multi zone capability supports up to four independently controlled interior temperature zones to enhance passenger comfort. Using PTC technology and eliminating adhesives in the heating elements, the design prioritizes safety and low emissions inside the cabin. With a power range of three to eight kW and compatibility with four hundred and eight hundred volt systems, global rollout is planned for twenty twenty eight across Asia, Europe, and North America.
