With increasing business opportunities in India, the decade-old standard ERW steel tube manufacturing facility has upgraded to manufacturing customised steel tubes. Manufacturing and supply of ERW Steel Tubes and customised cold roll-formed sections (Open and welded steel profiles) We produce yield strength from YST-210 to YST-800 and thickness from 0.5mm to 8mm. We also develop new shaped roll-formed sections as per the customer's requirements to international standards. Today, we operate at four different locations in Bangalore. These facilities include machines for rollforming, bending, laser cutting (2D, tube & Robo) & powder coating.
Roll forming can produce complex shapes that are hard to achieve with other techniques, such as mouldin,g because it uses high pressure rather than gravity.
